Spanish-built wet fish trawler in very good condition. The vessel is with onboard flake ice-making (easily transformable to a freezer trawler). Drydocking and thorough overall work were done in 2024, this including a complete main engine overhaul and a complete auxiliary engine overhaul.
The vessel was built in 2000 at the shipyard โAstilleros NODOSAโ, Spain.
The vessel is presently fishing 70% hake, 25% mixed fish, and 5% shellfish with a 56-metre semi-pelagic net.
The vessel is available for sale with a quota for Mauritania and Portugal, and the owner will be pleased to assist in passing on the present quota.
If the new owners want to take over the quota, the vessel must operate under the Spanish flag and will then have the following rights:
- Fishing in Mauritania under an EEC licence
- Fishing in Portugal (from the Mino River to the Guadiana River), the entire Portuguese coast
Quotas for Spanish waters are not included but can be obtained later at a price of approx. 400,000 Euro (from the Minho River to the Bidaosa River (border with France)).
